Here is some additional information for you as we begin working together:

​

• What is the turnaround time for artwork? Typical turn around time for standard print/digital artwork is 7-14 business days, and website turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. However, if a project is needed sooner, Even Design Co will try to accommodate. A fee may be charged for expedited turnaround times. If outsourced printing is required, please note that extra time is needed to receive your products. 

 

• How is printing handled? Printing options will be discussed and decided upon individually with each client. 

 

• How do I get the design files? Even Design Co will provide the client with all design files upon payment of work. The client owns all completed work, however Even Design Co reserves the right to use any work as examples for future clients.

 

• Content and Images for projects. The client will provide any text, information and / or images required for the project. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all text is edited. Additionally, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the right to use all provided images. If needed, Even Design Co can purchase stock photos, which will be billed to the client.

 

• Client will approve all artwork before printing and / or publishing.
